Alcohol and Entertainment

The Licensing Act 2003 controls the sale or supply of alcohol, the provision of entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment.  Licensing Act 2003 forms and fees are set centrally by the Government, and administered by Worcestershire Regulatory Services on behalf of Wychavon District Council.

Many applications can now be made "online" - please see the specific pages on this site.  We will continue to accept applications delivered to our Pershore office.  Please contact us for an appointment before calling, so that we can give you all of the time that you need.

Application forms are available to download from Department for Culture, Media and Sports website, or you can contact us if you would prefer to have them sent to you.

You can now apply on line for many of the licences and registrations that we deal with: follow the links below.
