Public Registers - Licensing
Public registers of applications and Notices received, and
licences and certificates issued by us under the Licensing Act
2003 and Gambling Act 2005 together with details of
our sex shops are available
online.
Click the link, choose the "public register" option on the
bottom right of the page that opens, then choose whether to search
for current applications or existing licences. Please contact
us if you have any difficulty, and remember that in search boxes,
more results will be found if you put a minimum of information
(i.e. "littl" will find "Little Chef" whereas "the little chef"
would find nothing).
Other Registers
Public registers that are not already online can be seen by
appointment during normal business hours at our office in
Pershore (address below). Appointments are necessary as up to
date registers often have to be produced "on demand" which can take
some time.
