a weekend of quality Jazz to suit all tastes and ages. Four venues
in the delightful grounds of Pershore College with full restaurant

24th August - Party in the Park
Pershore Abbey Park
The Party in the Park event aim to promote all
the good things that go on in Pershore within Wychavon. Back by
popular demand will be a climbing wall, face painters, henna tattoo
artists, stalls and information stands, live music, drumming
workshops, sports taster sessions and much more. 12noon –
4pm.
Full line-up of activities and performances will be announced
shortly.

29th August - Pershore Plum Fayre Day and
Farmers’ Market
Enjoy a ‘plum day’ out for all the family at
Pershore’s biggest event of the year when it celebrates the fruit
for which it is internationally famous. Attractions throughout the
town include Plum Alley (plums, tastings, advice, plum products
including soaps, sausages and jams). Classic and vintage cars,
award winning farmers’ market, boat trips, arts and crafts. Abbey
tower trips and concert, trade and charity stalls, retail market,
high street shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants are open. New for
2011 lots more childrens activities and improved park and ride
service.
