Adopted Residential Design Guide SPD

The Residential Design Guide Supplementary Planning Document was
adopted by Wychavon District Council on 7th September 2010.
The primary aim of the guide is to improve the overall quality of
built design within Wychavon by providing the necessary guidance in
one easy to use reference document. The document encourages:
- locally distinctive design;
- design that respects and enhances local character;
- design that incorporates contemporary and sustainable
approaches to development; and
- design that adheres to the latest best practice in layout and
built form.
