What you can expect from the complaint
process;
- Your details will be taken (name, address, contact, complaint
details);
- Full details will be maintained on our complaints
database;
- You will be contacted within two working days;
- You will be informed regularly of any progress with regard to
your complaint;
- Your details will be maintained in confidence unless you give
us permission to reveal them.
Although personal callers are welcomed during office
hours, appointments should be made where technical advice or
information is sought.
