Procedure at licensing hearings

DVLA Checks
You need to obtain your own check on your driving licence from the DVLA.  Please call them on 01792 310075 between 09:00 - 12:00 noon Monday to Friday.  The cost of the check is £5.00, payable by credit/debit card.  Once you have received the document from the DVLA, you need to forward it to us.

Criminal Record Bureau Enhanced disclosure
You will still need to telephone us on 01527 881395 to make an appointment for you to complete a Criminal Records Bureau Enhanced Disclosure application.  As this occupation is "excepted" from the protection of the Rehabilitation of Offenders legislation, any and all previous convictions must be declared. We are unable to distribute this form electronically and, because of past misuse, we are no longer sending blank forms by post.
