Planning Services covers five key areas for the authority:

- Corporate Database Team
- Heritage
- Policy Plans
The Service is based at the Civic Centre in Pershore and
responsible for all aspects of building regulations, dangerous
structures, planning applications, enforcement and appeals, local
land charges, street naming and numbering, (GIS)Geographical
Information System, (N.L.P.G) National Land Property Gazetteer,
conservation, tree preservation orders and the local development
framework.
