Wychavon District Local Requirements List

If you do require planning permission an application should be made on the correct planning application forms.  If you are unsure if the information you have provided is sufficient, we offer a free checking service at Pershore.  This is a real benefit, as this can prevent possible delays with getting your application valid.
You are also able to submit an application On-line via Planning Portal or in the traditional way (paper forms)

Wychavon District Council may request additional information prior to the validation of the application depending on the nature and type of application, or the nature of the character of the area within which the application site is situated. 

Applicants/Agents are advised to seek advice before submitting the application at the pre-application stage, as this may invalidate your application when we receive it.  Wychavon District Council Local Requirements List

These may be required for certain types of proposals, for example bat survey, structural survey, water management statements.  If you are unsure, please contact us 01386 565565.

Fees In most cases, you have to pay a fee when you submit your application, and these are set by the Government.  If you are in any doubt as to what is required or what the planning fee should be, we will be able to help you. Please call 01386 565565.
