Wychavon are running a campaign to increase
the amount of residents reporting problems to them online.
The underused report it feature on the
http://www.wychavon.gov.uk/ site
can be used to report missed bins, fly tipping, noise complaints
and all sorts of other issues.

Manager said “There is so much on our
website sometimes it might be a little overwhelming for our
customers or they simply don’t know what they can do online.
Getting more people to use the website would be a big step forward
for us. At the moment we have 25,000 hits on our website each
month, but we need more people to know how easy it is to
report issues online 24-7.”
