Business breakfast meeting

Wychavon District Council is inviting local businesses and business support organisations along to its annual Business Ratepayers’ Consultation Breakfast Meeting.

With the Council preparing its budget for 2012/13, the meeting will include presentations on the proposed budget, updates on Council Tax and Business Rates, and advice on the business support available from the Council itself.

The keynote speaker at the meeting will be from the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (WLEP), which is working to identify and coordinate the delivery of key economic priorities.

Jane Dobson, Economic Development Officer at Wychavon District Council, said: “We value the views of Wychavon’s business sector and hope that representatives of our local businesses and business support organisations will come along and contribute to this very important part of our consultation process.”

The Business Ratepayers’ Consultation Breakfast Meeting is taking place on Wednesday 25 January 2012, 7.30 – 9.30am, in the Committee Rooms, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore.
