Bullying

Being a bully is unattractive and unappealing no matter who the bully is.  Bullying doesn’t only cover physical or 'in your face' actions, but also mental bullying.  Rumours, exclusion, nasty gossip and pretending to be friends with someone to get ammunition against them are all elements of bullying too.

If you or somebody you know is being bullied, it is important to let somebody know.  This can help reduce the bullying behaviour or stop it getting worse and worse.

If you are ever spreading rumours or being nasty to another person, stop and think about what you are really doing to them and how you would feel if you or one of your family were being treated like that!

If you are a victim of bullying please do not be afraid to tell someone. If they don't listen then tell someone else.  Nobody deserves to be bullied and it can be stopped.
