Standards
For new customers a site risk assessment will be carried
out within two working days and provided this is satisfactory, bins
will be provided within five working days of receipt of
payment.
Bins will be emptied at the agreed frequency and returned to the
collection point.
Missed bins reported before 2pm will be emptied the same day,
those reported after 2pm will be emptied the following day.
Damaged or unserviceable bins, if through no fault of the
customer, will be replaced within 24 hours.
Where access to bins is blocked, crews will attempt to collect
on one further occasion, to be at least one hour after the first
attempt.
