Graffiti And Fly Posting Removal

The responsibility for removing graffiti and flyposting depends on its location. If the graffiti/flyposting is on;

Private property
This would be the responsibility of the owner to remove.

Property owned by British Telecom (phone boxes), Royal Mail (post boxes), Central Networks (electrical installations) and Network Rail
Reports should be made directly to them. See details below for contact telephone numbers and web addresses.

Bus shelters
These are the responsibility of the Town or Parish Council in which they are located.

Council property - such as litter bins, public toilets, public parks and/or recreation grounds.
Please call Client Services on 01386 565018.  Please provide us with as much information as you can regarding the location and nature of the problem. Please also provide your contact details in case we need to contact you.

We aim to maintain a graffiti/flyposting free environment. Graffiti and flyposting will normally be removed within five working days. Offensive graffiti will be removed within twenty-four hours.
