Parks and Public Open Spaces Consultations

Wychavon are responsible for the Parks and Open Spaces in the Evesham, Pershore and Droitwich Spa areas, including two designated Nature Reserves (one of which is in Broadway).  Some other sites are managed with wildlife needs very much in mind and these are noted as Nature Areas.

Management plans for each of the main parks in the district. These plans draw together information from officers, councillors, park user groups and the public generally to produce a forward plan for each park to cover an initial 5 year period, after which they are reviewed.

There are many open spaces for local communities throughout the Wychavon area.  Some are managed by our Parks Section with the maintenance contractors, others by the town and parish council.
