Communications Team

In the team:

Fiona Narburgh – Head of Strategy and Communications

Fiona looks after strategic direction of the organisation, national brand and reputation management, attends conferences to present on Wychavon and has overall responsibility for communications. Fiona also gets involved with partnership projects such as her recent film on staff engagement.

Emma Wild – Communications Manager

Emma provides help and advice on media liaison, communications and marketing solutions. She also looks after WYCHAVON – our residents' magazine, branding, reputation management, plain English advice and overall management of the Communications Team.

Spencer Winnett – Communications Officer

Spencer looks after internal communications, including the intranet and staff online magazine. He also helps with media liaison and releases and some member communications.

Andy Smith – Web and New Media Officer

Andy's main focus is developing the website and the intranet site. He looks after our team of web authors called Webchamps and is responsible for Digi TV and developing our new media sites such as facebook and twitter.

Helen Keegan – Graphic Designer

Helen provides creative and innovative design solutions for promotional materials and places the majority of Wychavon's advertising. She also ensures our brand guidelines are upheld and co-ordinates the printing of work.

Vicki Wadley - Graphics Assistant

Vicki assists Helen with design work for Wychavon. She also works on creative solutions and upholds our brand guidelines.
