Head of the Council’s paid service and principal policy advisor
to the Council. Leading and directing the workforce (circa 420
employees and a net budget of £13m) to achieve the council’s aims,
priorities and promises. Representing the council as appropriate at
a national, regional and local level.
Out Environmental Services and Revenues and Benefits Service are
provided jointly with other councils.

Allison
provides a range of professional back-office support services
including accountancy, audit, exchequer, IT, organisational
development, payroll, personnel, procurement, property, risk
management, treasury management services, parking services and
major projects such as Evesham Leisure Centre, customer services,
electoral services, print room, land drainage enforcement, flood
alleviation and engineering consultancy.

Merrick

refuse, recycling and litter collection and public toilets as well
as other services which add significantly to the quality of life
such as parks, arts, sports and youth development, economic

development support, environment protection and emergency
planning.

Marshall

Housing & Planning Services - Giorgio
Framalicco
covers six key areas: building consultancy, development
management, corporate database team, heritage, policy plans and
housing. The service is responsible for all aspects of building
regulations, dangerous structures, planning applications,
enforcement and appeals, land charges, geographical information
systems, street naming and numbering, national land and property
gazetteer and conservation as well as tree preservation orders,
Local Development Framework, affordable housing, choice based
lettings and other housing issues.
