You can now access our services via your remote control. We are now offering Council services on digital television (Digi-TV).

You can:

• Report services
• Request information
• View details of our services
• Report litter, dog fouling, missed bin collections or benefit fraud.
• Check local and national travel information
• View jobs through Job Centre Plus
• Bid for social housing if you are on our Wychavon Home Choice scheme.

• Find your local Councillor.

• Send in comments and feedback or make a complaint.

• Even book an appointment with your GP (subject to their involvement).

Residents can access Digi-TV through their freeview boxes*, Sky, Virgin Media (previously Telewest/NTL) or a mobile phone**.

How To View Digi-TV

For Sky

• Press the Interactive button
• Choose DirectGov
• Press 'Select' on welcome page
• Choose #1 - Local Services

For Virgin Media

• Press Interactive
• Select News and Info,
• Then select Looking Local

For 3 Mobile

• Select Services, then Websites, then Look up Stuff, then press Looking Local.
• You can also access DigiTV using WAP enabled phones, enter in the URL: http://www.wychavon.gov.uk/mobile
