Private Sector Housing
The Private Sector Housing Team works to improve the housing
conditions for people within the Wychavon District. It does
not matter whether the properties are owner occupied, tenants of
private or housing association properties, freeholders, lease
holder or if the property is empty.
We aim to provide an efficient, sympathetic service to all.
