Hospital Discharge Assistance
Technical and financial assistance is available to prevent
admission to and aid discharge from hospital, this assistance is
available to anyone who's medical condition would or could render
them disabled or seriously infirm.
Financial assistance can be provided to applicants in receipt of
a means tested benefit but anyone is eligible for technical
assistance such as preparing specifications and organising
contractors.
The type of work eligible for this assistance will
be relatively minor but includes:
- Widening door openings
- Altering services
- Ramps and stairlifts

Possible Council Tax Reduction

use a wheelchair indoors, you may be entitled to a reduced council
