Provision of a Stock Condition Survey

Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council are inviting Quotes from potential suppliers for the provision of a Stock Condition Survey.
We require an assessment of the Stock Condition in the Malvern Hills District Council and Wychavon District Council areas to enable the Councils to make informed decisions about the targeting of housing resources and specifically to determine enforcement and spending priorities. This will include assessing the extent to which households in the private sector may be able to afford to undertake the necessary renovation themselves.
The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the Invitation to Quote (ITQ), suppliers will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, suppliers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the ITQ documents. Suppliers will need to electronically submit an expression of interest and an electronic copy of the ITQ and Appendix will be sent as an attachment.

Suppliers should submit their completed Form of Quote, Supplier’s Proposal, References and Declaration of Compliance via the Pro-Contract on-line portal by 12:00 noon on 31st January 2017.

Any supplier questions queries will also need to be submitted via Pro-Contract portal website. Any clarifications and further ITQ documents will be issued via the Pro-Contract portal.

If you have any problems or queries gaining access to the Pro-Contract portal please contact the Due North Service desk on 01670 597136 who are available between the hours of 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays)or email procurement@wychavon.gov.uk.
