Information
Provides a phone line providing information and advice for people who are abusive towards their partners and want to stop. Call to talk to someone who understands, who can offer advice and information. This is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm.

If you need to speak to RESPECT through an interpreter, ring the phoneline and ask for one. They use Language Line and this can be arrangeed for you.
You can leave a message if the lines are busy or out-of-hours. They will try to get back to you within 2 working days.

Provides support aimed at men experiencing domestic abuse from their partner. The advice line is a free phone number (free from landlines & most mobile phones) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. You can leave a message when the lines are closed or busy and they will get back to you as soon as they can. You can also email them on info@mensadviceline.org.uk

It is advisable to consult a counsellor that is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. On the website you can click on ‘Find a Therapist (UK)’ on the left hand side of the screen to search for a counsellor. It would be useful to narrow your search by clicking on ‘Region/County’ (so you can type in Worcestershire) and on ‘Special Interest’ such as ‘abuse’.
