Worried about your behaviour?

  • Have you been violent or abusive towards your partner and/or your family?
  • Do you think you have a problem controlling your anger with your partner?
  • Is your partner ever scared of you?
  • Do you try to control your partners life?

If you answered ‘yes’ to some of these behaviours, then you are being or have been abusive towards your partner and/or family.

There is free and confidential help available if you recognise that you need to change your behaviour. We know it can be tough facing up to difficult problems, but it is important to acknowledge you are being abusive and seek help and support.

Call Worcestershire's 24-hour helpline today to talk to someone in confidence and/or read the information on this website. Support is available to make the changes you need, so that you are safe around your partner and children (if you have them).
