Mutual Exchange & Shared Ownership

We now have a new way of advertising your Housing Association property. Up until now, if you wanted to swap your property with another Housing Association Tenant, you would need to check the Mutual Exchange book (Swop Book).

You will be able to advertise your property or look for properties using the Home Choice Plus website. To be able to advertise your property, you must be a current Housing Association Tenant and be eligible to exchange your property within Wychavon.

Also available is a new way for you to advertise your Shared Ownership property.

You must get written permission to do this from the Housing Association who owns the remaining share of your home. Your property will then be advertised for 2 months on the Home Choice Plus website, or until you notify us you have been successful and found a potential purchaser.
