We are looking to improve the promises we make to when it comes to the level of customer service you can expect from us as a council.

Below you will find a link to a draft of our new standards which we would like you to take a few minutes to look at and send us your feedback.

In the first instance please try our A-Z of services to find contact details relevant to your enquiry.

Where is Wychavon? see our area map to find out or to get travel information.

Visit us at our main office at Pershore Civic Centre or via our Community Contact Centres in Evesham and Droitwich Spa.

Call our service centres for enquiries between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (except Bank Holidays):

Contact us by email and fax, by pressing the red button on your remote contol to access our Digi-TV site, via our Wychavon Blog or by filling in our online Compliments and Complaints form.
