Ian started his career in the New Towns movement – Trainee Solicitor with Runcorn Development Corporation. After qualification as a solicitor, he continued in Runcorn for 3 years & then moved to Worcestershire to work firstly for Worcester City Council (1981 - 1985) and then Wyre Forest District Council (1985 -1988). Ian joined Wychavon in 1988 to head up the legal team. He has continued with Wychavon since then although the duties & responsibilities attaching to the post have expanded over the years.
