North Claines Submitted Neighbourhood Plan Consultation,
9am Monday 4 July - midday Monday 15 August 2016

Please note that it has come to light that the original consultation of 6 May to 17 June 2016 did not conform fully with the Regulations and to ensure the Basic Conditions are met, we are re-consulting for a further six weeks. If you made comments to the original cosultation, these will still be put before the examiner for consideration.

Under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, North Claines Parish Council has submitted its Neighbourhood Plan to Wychavon District Council. In accordance with Regulation 16, Wychavon would like to invite comments from organisations and individuals on the Neighbourhood Plan.

This consultation runs from 9am Monday 4 July to midday Monday 15 August 2016.

North Claines Parish Council undertook consultation on an earlier draft of their Plan between 6 November and 18 December 2015. Comments made during this period helped inform changes to the document now submitted to Wychavon District Council. The Neighbourhood Plan proposes a number of policies on issues including housing, retail, employment, transport, landscape, design and community infrastructure.

The submitted Neighbourhood Plan and its related documents can be viewed using the following links:

It is the responsibility of the District Council to collate all the responses and pass them on to an independent examiner, who will look at them and the Plan documents when assessing whether the Neighbourhood Plan meets the relevant legislation and can therefore proceed to referendum.

Bredon Parish Submitted Neighbourhood Plan Consultation,

Bredon Parish Council undertook two consultations on earlier drafts of their Plan between 23 October and 31 December 2015, and 6 March and 17 April 2016. Comments made during these periods helped inform changes to the document now submitted to Wychavon District Council. The Neighbourhood Plan proposes a number of policies on issues including design, heritage, local green spaces and gaps, employment, landscape and biodiversity.
