Early Years Settings and The Educational Psychology Service

Our aim is to promote positive changes for children by applying psychology through empowering the workforce.

We do this through a range of approaches including:

  • Consultation and discussion
  • Observation, assessment and intervention strategies
  • Training
  • Bringing key people together
  • Supervision

We do this in order to create positive change for children.  Find out more about our approach and what we offer to the early years setting (PDF 83 KB).

All pre-school settings across Worcestershire may request EP involvement via area based pre-school forums (PSF). Settings are advised to discuss such requests with their attached Special Educational Needs Improvement Advisers (SENIAs).
