Broadway toilet block

Wychavon District Council is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of the toilet block located in the Car Park at Church Close, Broadway.

A Changing Places toilet, which offers facilities for residents with severe disabilities who are in need of special equipment that is not available in regular disabled facilities, will be installed as part of the refurbishment.

The project will commence on 29th April 2019 and must be completed by 14th June 2019.

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, contractors will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, contractors will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Contractors will need to search for the invitation under Wychavon District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.

Contractors are required to return the relevant tender documents via the Proactis ProContract portal no later than 12 noon on 29th March 2019.

 Any contractor questions must be submitted via the Pro-Contract portal website. Any clarifications will be issued via the Pro-Contract portal.

Pershore toilet block

Wychavon District Council is inviting tenders for the replacement of the toilet block located in Church Walk, Pershore.

The new toilet block will consist of ladies and gentleman’s toilets and a Changing Places toilet which offer facilities for residents with severe disabilities who need specialist equipment that is not available in regular disabled facilities.

The existing Toilet block is a modular toilet block and this needs to be removed and the new block will be made up of brick and block work with the corners having natural stone Quoin stones up to the roof.

The Council is currently applying for planning consent for the new replacement block.

The project will commence on 2nd September 2019 and must be completed by 31st December 2019.

Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and electrical equipment

Wychavon District Council seeks Quotations from suitably experienced organisations for the preventative repair and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore, Worcestershire. WR10 1PT.

The contract period is for three years commencing on 01 June 2019.

The contract covers all heating, ventilation, pumping, air handling, valves and control systems.

The Council are using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
