Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Report
We understand the importance of home energy conservation and the influence we have with our residents to significantly improve the energy efficiency of all residential accommodation across the district.
In March 2013, we published our Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Plan, as required by the Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC). We will publish subsequent reports, known as ‘progress reports', at two year intervals .
- 2013-2015 Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Plan
- 2015-2017 Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Plan
- 2017 Home Energy Conservation Act (HECA) Plan
Our HECA Plan sets out the strategic and partnership context for our energy efficiency and fuel poverty work. It contains current performance information, our recent achievements in reducing fuel poverty and improving domestic energy efficiency, as well as our plans to deliver further improvements for the benefit of Wychavon residents.
We will monitor our HECA Plan on a quarterly basis to ensure delivery against our targets in the action plan. We will co-ordinate this through our Intelligently Green Group, which meets on a monthly basis.
