Residents can have their say

Wychavon District Council is inviting residents to have their say when it comes to deciding what its future priorities should be.

At two special focus group events taking place on Wednesday 8 November at 2.30pm and Wednesday 15 November at 6.30pm, both at the Civic Centre in Pershore, Wychavon will be asking residents for their views on the services it provides, whilst also asking what new actions it should develop.

Anyone interested in taking part in one of the focus groups should email their name and contact number, along with the detail as to which session they would prefer to be on, to Alternatively they can telephone 01386 565333.

Councillor Linda Robinson, the Leader of Wychavon District Council, said: “We are always looking at ways to improve services to residents and to come up with new ideas. Hearing from people who want to have their say on our services and who want to influence our decision-makers is one of the best ways we can ensure we are delivering services that people value.

“Our purpose is to be an outstanding, innovative council delivering great services and making life better for everyone in Wychavon. Finding out what we do well and where we can improve in the future is vital in helping us live up to that purpose.”
