Wychavon residents have the chance to meet their local councillors

Wychavon residents will have the chance to raise any questions they may have with their local councillor at two events next month.

Visitors at Pebworth Party in the Park will be able to meet Thomas Havemann-Mart, district councillor for Honeybourne and Pebworth ward, on Sunday, 1 September. He will be on hand to answer any queries from 12pm at the Village Hall Green in Pebworth.

Councillor John Hartley, for Droitwich Spa Central ward, will be at the Rifleman’s Arms on Station Street in Droitwich on Monday, 9 September. Residents will have the chance to meet Cllr Hartley from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Councillor Thomas Havemann-Mart said: “Pebworth Party in the Park is a popular community event which is enjoyed by all. I hope people will come along to not only enjoy the festivities but to also take the time to say hello and to have a chat about any issues they may have.”

Councillor John Hartley said: “This event at the Rifleman’s Arms is part of the Meet your Council programme which aims to create connections with residents in order to understand their needs. As councillors, it is so important that we engage with the community and maintain an active dialogue with residents.”

If you have any questions you want to ask but cannot make it to the meeting, please contact your local councillors:
