Businesses across Wychavon sign up for 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme

More than 100 businesses across the Wychavon District have signed up to the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme.

Residents and visitors will have the chance to save money when dining in pubs, cafes and restaurants signed up the Government scheme in Pershore, Droitwich and Evesham.

The list includes such places as The Pickled Plum, The Gardeners Arms, JellyPickleJam, The Fleece Inn and more.

The offer will run each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3-31 August on all food and drink (except alcohol).

Diners in get 50 per cent off food and drink (a maximum saving of £10 per person) and there is no minimum spend. The discount will be automatically applied to the bill and there is also no limit to the number of times it can be used each day.

Businesses signed up the scheme will have a sticker or poster in the window.

Cllr Richard Morris, Portfolio Holder for Economic Growth and Tourism at Wychavon District Council, said: "It is wonderful to see so many restaurants, cafes and pubs signed up to the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme across the district. It is a great way of attracting customers and supporting our local businesses so they can thrive once again".
