Local Requirements List

Wychavon District Council are in the process of reviewing their Local Area Requirements List in accordance with advice contained within the Planning Practice Guidance.  This list is used to determined whether planning applications are valid and to help ensure sufficient information is provided with planning applications to enable proper assessment of proposals.

This is a four week consultation period from todays date 22/01/2018. Please submit any comments you wish to make on the draft revised list by email to  Jonathan Edwards, Development Manager (South) – jonathan.edwards@wychavon.gov.uk.
