If you don't know the application reference number, there are many ways you can search the
system for applications.
Once you have got to the details of a planning application, click onto the blue planning
reference number, and you will see in blue at the top of the page 'Comment on this application'
- follow this link to send your comments to us. Please note we are unable to accept representations
that are sent via an IPad but we currently looking at resolving.
If the statutory period for consultation (21 days) has expired, you may still comment on the
application (as above) or in writing to Wychavon District Council. You should note however,
that the application may be determined at any time after the 21 day period has expired and there
is no guarantee that late submissions can be taken into account. Please quote the application
number in any correspondence.
If you would prefer not to send us your comments on a planning application online, you can
either email or post them to us - our contact details are at the foot of this page. Remember

Who will make the decision ?

Householder and minor applications are normally dealt with by the Head of Housing and Planning Services and the planning officers under a scheme of delegated authority.
Applications for major development proposals are decided by the Council's Planning Committee. Applications for minor development may also be called to the Committee at the request of the Local ward Councillor or Head of Planning Services.
To view any decisions, search under the planning reference number or the address to view the decision notice. (please note if searching by address, you must changed the date range as well).
Once a decision has been made the agent for the applicant (or the applicant where no agent used) will be emailed or posted the decision notice.
If you are an applicant and you have not received confirmation of a decision you should initially contact your appointed agent.
If you are an agent (or applicant without an appointed agent) and have not received a decision notice and the decision has been made, please contact the planning officer who had dealt with the application.
