No fixed contract

We do not tie you into any fixed contract, should you wish to leave us we just request that you give us four weeks'notice.

No hidden charges

We do not have any hidden charges; the price we quote is the price you pay.


For new customers a site risk assessment  will be carried out within two working days and provided this is satisfactory, bins will be provided within five working days of receipt of payment.

Bins will be emptied at the agreed frequency and returned to the collection point.

Missed bins reported before 2pm will be emptied the same day, those reported after 2pm will be emptied the following day.

Damaged or unserviceable bins, if through no fault of the customer, will be replaced within 24 hours.

Where access to bins is blocked, crews will attempt to collect on one further occasion, to be at least one hour after the first attempt.

Damaged or stolen bins

Please report these incidences to Client Services on 01386 565018. If the bin is damaged during the collection service, the bin will be repaired or replaced. If the bin is otherwise damaged or stolen, the trader will be recharged for the repair or replacement.
