Wellbeing Challenge

Take the Wychavon Wellbeing Challenge, tell us what you’ve done and enter a draw to be in with the chance of winning a fantastic prize.  Prizes include a TomTom Touch Cardio Fitness Tracker donated by Birdseye Sports, one month's Rivers leisure centre membership and ten day Rivers passes donated by Wychavon Leisure.

How to take part

During Wychavon Wellbeing Week (9 – 15 October) try five different things - one for each of the five ways to wellbeing.  Click here for suggestions of things you can do to connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give here, come up with your own or take part in some of the events and activities taking place during the week.

  • Download or print out the Wellbeing Challenge card.

  • Write in each of the circles what you’ve done for each of the five ways.

  • Email it to wellbeing@wychavon.gov.uk with your name and contact details.

  • Or send it to Tracy Perkins, Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Pershore, WR10 1PT by 30 October 2017.
