We provide a range of housing services to the people that live in the Wychavon district council area.
Our housing team are responsible for ensuring that we meet our goals in developing new affordable homes across the district. This is achieved by providing guidance on housing options, such as social lettings, housing association allocation and advice to anyone who needs it, in order to combat homelessness.
As part of our housing strategy, we aim to tackle disrepair, provide licenses for houses in multiple occupancy and facilitate in grant applications to enable people to remain in their homes through repair, improvement and adaption of their homes.
If you have any questions about our housing services, please get in touch.
The Housing and Customer Services team are available Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
