Joint Worcestershire landlords forum

The Councils in Worcestershire and the National Residential Landlords Association are having a joint landlords forum on the 5th May 2022 from 1:30 – 3:00pm. The forum is aimed to give landlords an update on relevant topics and to give them up to date legislative information to keep them abreast of what is happening with regards to the private rental sector.

The meeting will cover areas that are very current at the moment. These will include a general reminder of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Legislation known as MEES, including applying for exemptions plus looking at possible future requirements.

There will also be information about energy efficiency improvements and the home insulation funding support that is available. Act on Energy will be discussing low cost ways to reduce energy use.
