Contacting us during the coronavirus outbreak
Our priority during the Covid-19 outbreak is to help those who are in emergency need and at risk of homelessness. To help us do this we have suspended all non-emergency communication regarding Home Choice Plus and allocation of social housing.
Until further notice we will not be dealing with the following queries:
- Banding reviews
- Assessing medical evidence to support applications
- General phone queries relating to Home Choice Plus.
Home Choice Plus is still available online and you can still place bids on properties you are eligible for. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

For enquiries such as housing needs surveyor fixed equity/ discount market sales applications
