Car Park Season Tickets

Season Tickets are available to buy for use in any of our long stay car parks. You can buy a season ticket for one or 12 months use. If you are over 65 then you can buy a season ticket for a reduced price. See our Over 65 year Season Tickets page for more information.

Annual Tickets

Annual Season Tickets cost £400. Full payment must be made through MiPermit. Once payment has gone through and your application has been successful your Season Ticket will be active.

Monthly Tickets

Monthly Season Tickets cost £35. Once payment has gone through and your application has been successful your Season Ticket will be active.

Long Stay Season Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Season Tickets are not valid in any of the council’s short stay car parks.
2. Season Tickets do not guarantee a parking space.
3. Refunds may be considered for Annual Season Tickets purchased at £400.
4. If you do not have an account with MiPermit you will need to create one by following the online process.
5. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that their virtual Season Ticket has the correct details on at the time of parking.
6. Any vehicle parked on a car park is entirely at the owner’s risk.
7. Failure to have a valid virtual Season Ticket for the car park may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued as set out in Wychavon District Council (Off Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2021.

9. The Council reserves the right to vary all Season Ticket prices.

Parking season tickets are going digital

From 1 April 2025, we’re switching from Direct Debits to a new online payment system. You will soon be able to buy digital passes online anytime of the day, wherever you are without the hassle of filling in the form.

Your ticket will also start instantly, rather than having to wait for the first of the month or having your ticket back dated. We have also made the system more flexible so you can start and stop your ticket whenever you need to. It can all be managed quickly and easily through the Mipermit app or web portal.

Annual passes will still be available for people who want to pay up front.

There are no changes to the payment system for over 65 year Season Tickets.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for any remaining unwanted time on parking tickets bought monthly. If you have bought an annual season ticket with one single payment and you no longer have need for it, we can issue a refund for any full months remaining on your ticket. Please contact us to arrange a refund.
