Cowl Street Car Park accommodates a total of 61 bays for the use of permit holders only. These are managed through a permit scheme that allows permit holders an allocated bay. Up to 10 different vehicle registrations can be allocated to the permit for use within your specific bay.

£294.00 per year. Permits last 12 months and can now start from any date. Permits will automatically renew 7 days prior to the expiry date.
Bays are issued subject to availability.

Season tickets for the long-stay car parks are not valid for use on the Cowl Street car park.
