Commercial bin sizes

We offer a commercial waste collection to businesses operating in the district. Containers are hired from us and a collection frequency agreed. Wheeled Bins

240 litre

740mm (width), 580mm (depth), 1100mm (height), number of sacks (capacity) 3.

360 litre

 880mm (width), 665mm (depth), 1100mm (height), number of sacks (capacity) 5.

660 litre

 1260mm (width), 730mm (depth), 1310mm (height), number of sacks (capacity) 9.

1110 litre

 1260mm (width), 990mm (depth), 1310mm (height), number of sacks (capacity) 15.

Weekly sack collection

Suitable for customers with limited storage space and minimal waste with no liquids.

The waste will normally be collected between the hours of 6am and 6pm..

We will collect most types of waste, however, if you think the waste may be hazardous or difficult to collect, please advise us.

The Environment Agency will provide advice on waste types and their disposal.

Prices For Registered Charities And Schools

The County Council do not charge charities or schools for the disposal of waste, only for the hire of bins and the collection of waste.

Please inform us of your charity status when completing the application form for the commercial waste service.

Collection Frequency

You can choose from a weekly, twice weekly or 'other' for seasonal collections (please enter date to and from) for twice weekly just double the weekly/quarterly cost for seasonal please call.

Damaged or stolen bins

Please report these incidences to Client Services on 01386 565018. If the bin is damaged during the collection service, the bin will be repaired or replaced. If the bin is otherwise damaged or stolen, the trader will be recharged for the repair or replacement.
