We're on a mission to turn dull street furniture into something truly special...and we need your help!
These green street cabinets are essetial for modern communication, but are often considered unsightly and can be vulnerable to vandalism.
But we believe they could become something truly inspirational.
That's why we have teamed up with cabinet owner Openreach and community public arts organisation WeTheSeeds, to launch the Signals of Joy: Cabinet Mural Competition.
The project will see nine cabinets turned into professional, hand-painted works of art, inspired by the stories, hopes and memories of the people of Droitwich Spa. WeTheSeeds already have experience of creating beautiful works of art in the town as they were the creative force behind the murals on Union Lane and The Talbot.

Get involved
We're looking for stories of favourite places, joyful memories, moments in nature and hopes for the future, from anyone who lives, works or studies in Droitwich Spa.
Ideas and themes from those submitted will be used to inspire the designs of the professional artists who will create the murals.
Submit your ideas
You can submit your ideas by taking part in our community workshop. It's a fun event, open to all ages. You'll spend a couple of hours sticking, cutting, drawing and sharing your stories and ideas which will help inspire the final designs.
The workshops takes place on Tuesday 7 April, from 3pm to 5.30pm in the John Corbett Room at Droitwich Spa, Community Hall.
