E-tendering portal

We use the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis ProContract portal to conduct our procurement exercises.

The procurement portal enables all registered suppliers to receive email updates on new contract opportunities and express an interest without being an approved supplier. 

If you have not already done so, please complete a quick registration process on ProContract to receive notifications and be able to express an interest in any opportunities. During the initial registration you will be required to choose which category you are interested in supplying. When an opportunity is published within that category, an email will be sent advising you that a new opportunity is available.

If you already have an existing supplier account registered with ProContract, please ensure you update the regions of interest settings (so you receive emails about new opportunities in the area specified) to include Worcestershire (UKG12) against any existing workgroups. If you are unsure how to update these settings, please speak to the helpdesk using the contact details below.
