Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan ‘Made’ (Adopted) - 30 April 2020
At its Council meeting on 30 April 2020, Wychavon District Council 'made' (adopted) the Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan; it now forms part of the Development Plan for Wychavon District. The adopted Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan and Decision Document can be viewed using the links below:

Successful Referendum - 5 March 2020
A Referendum on the Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan was held on Thursday 5 March 2020. There was a 28% turnout, with 89.5% voting in favour of Wychavon using the Neighbourhood Plan for Honeybourne to help it decide planning applications in the Neighbourhood Area.

Decision Statement Published and Referendum Date Set for 5 March 2020 – 3 January 2020
Following the examination of the Honeybourne Neighbourhood Plan earlier on in the year, the Independent Examiner's recommended modifications have been agreed as detailed in the Decision Statement
A Referendum will be held on Thursday 5 March 2020 to ask voters "Do you want Wychavon District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Honeybourne to help it decide planning applications in the Neighbourhood Area?"

Submitted Neighbourhood Plan Consultation - 23 August to 7 October 2019
Under Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Honeybourne Parish Council submitted its Neighbourhood Plan to Wychavon District Council on 19 August 2019. In accordance with Regulation 16, a public consultation was held from Friday 23 August to 5pm Monday 7 October 2019, during which interested parties were invited to make comments on the Honeybourne Parish Neighbourhood Plan.

Neighbourhood Area Application - Approved 25 September 2015
Wychavon District Council received an application for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area by Honeybourne Parish Council on Wednesday 12 August 2015. The four week consultation ran from Monday 17 August until Monday 14 September 2015, and no objections were raised on the proposed neighbourhood area boundary. The Neighbourhood Area was subsequently approved by Gary Williams, Head of Planning and Infrastructure Services and Councillor Rob Adams, Portfolio Holder for Planning Policy on 25 September 2015.
